Percento on Ludgate Hill was one of Etrusca's more modern Italian restaurants and had quite a discreet entrance that could be mistaken for an office reception if you didn't look closely. This could be part of the reason why it's now had to close down and will soon be replaced by the more recognisable French brasserie chain Côte. Unlike much of the City, Ludgate Hill has been something of a graveyard for the smaller operators recently with three neighbouring spots in a row standing empty and more spaces opposite and in the side streets.
