One small chain that could get a lot bigger is The Breakfast Club with their trendy fry-ups and now they have plans to open a fourth cafe in a side street between Bishopsgate and Spitalfields Market. It looks a similar type of site to the large Hoxton cafe and should be just as packed on the weekend for the brunch menu.
