Dark clouds have once again gathered over Fuzzy's Grub and forced the closure of the iconic Cornhill shop. The City take-away carvery chain first got into trouble at the start of the crunch when there were a number of closures and the rest sold off. The Cornhill branch had appeared to be doing quite well again but the now familiar sign on the door says the premises were repossessed by the landlord who wanted some rent paying. The Basinghall Street shop was still busy yesterday and hopefully all the others are, but the prime rent of the Cornhill shop may be too high for this one to open again.
