The City Farmers' Market has found a new fortnightly home in the Broadgate Circle by Liverpool Street station after it was forced to move out of Devonshire Square where local food outlets didn't appreciate the loss of business. It's a tight fit for all the stalls and even tighter for the customers who were patiently queueing up and down stairs and round a few corners for the usual favourites which include the lamb sandwich, seafood paella and anything to do with pig. All this demand for a quality meat feast shows how popular the take away section at Barbecoa could be when it opens in October at One New Change.
Next market is on the 2nd September.
