Skylon has a panoramaic view of London's skyline with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Thames. The restaurant menu offers signature dishes such as Confit organic salmon with avocados, kohlrabi, tomato pearls, sauce mousseline and Spring lamb with spiced couscous, baby vegetables, Swiss chard & lemon infused lamb jus. The more relaxed Grill serves meat & fish grills and light meals including Croque monsieur and the Skylon burger.
