A stylish brasserie restaurant & bar located in the basement of the Malmaison Hotel. Typical main courses include Grilled veal t-bone with black summer truffle and Steamed wild sea trout with samphire, clams, mussels & citrus vinaigrette. A separate Local & Home Grown menu made using locally sourced ingredients is also available. Open Sunday to Friday for lunch and evenings all week.
