Vivat Bacchus is an 80-seater fine dining restaurant featuring a wine cellar with more than 20 000 bottles and 1000 labels for diners to select from. The modern European and International menu changes every 4 - 6 weeks and includes dishes such as Roast Whole Lemon Sole with Samphire & Fat Chips and Butterfish and Prawn Thai Green Curry. A set lunch menu is available and changes each day. A delicatessen and wine bar area serves light lunches, platters and Tapas.
