A Michelin starred restaurant, bar and bakery located in a former bacon smokehouse. St. John specialise in "nose to tail eating", using meat cuts rarely found in most restaurants. The dining room menu includes dishes such as Crispy Pigs Cheeks & Dandelion and Pigeon & Lentils. The bar menu changes daily and begins from midday while breads, cakes and coffees are served from 11am. Open Monday to Friday.
