St. John restaurant in Farringdon has reopened following a summer of refurbishment works. Most of the work was done behind the scenes, and included repairs and replacements of the kitchen and dining room floors, complete refurbishment of the bathroom facilites, the conversion of the old smoking chimneys into a temperature controlled wine store and a fresh coat of its distinctive white paint.
